Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

With tags attached

In their original packaging

If the size does not fit:

Return shipping costs are free

We remain available to advise you before your purchase to avoid any sizing errors.

We will send you a return label along with precise instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

.Damaged Items or Order Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the item currently in your possession.

Once the return is accepted, you may place a new separate order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union (14 days)

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason or justification.

As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

After receipt and validation of the return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
